The hotel staff doesn't care for business guests at all. They let their lounge used for parties next to the guest rooms and the parties continued well past 1:00am in the night. Even when called the lobby multiple time, the staff and the ***agers did nothing.

Chef Thapa is always perfect to serve their Guests as they treating at HOME. From Check In to Check Out each step is so smooth that you must experience once and believe me you will come to lemon tree again and again. I am frequent traveller and love to stay at LEMON TREE only.

Best brand to stay all over India as well as in Dubai. Breakfast and Dinner food as well as service was amazing. Employees F&B- Nitesh Rana, Kitchen- Chef Thapa and Front Office- Mr.Pankaj Verma made us more comfortable. Thank you very much.

Ambience was best in the hotel.....it was my first experience in the hotel and best faculty members in the hotel and all were cooperative guys. So,I would love to visit in the future in the same hotel. Rooms were well maintained and well cleaned.

Nice dealing of staff with everyone especially my family.Miss Shaista is really generous as she served my naughty kid very patiently and provided everything I wanted right on my table with a beautiful smile on her face.Breakfast has variety of food stuff including vegetarian as well as non vegetarian dishes .Hotel ***agement is also very kind and patient as they deal with their clients .Most goodly thing is breakfast timing I,e.upto 11 a m which is 10 a m everywhere.I loved staying there.
