1. In my series of reviews on smaller IHCL properties thanks to my frequent Tier-II / III town travels, I checked in to the Indore property on 28 Feb 24. 2. After a slightly underwhelming reception and an ordinary welcome drink, found everything in this property to be TAJ in capitals. 3. Great speaking to another very genial GM , Mr Mhatre and sharing our collective learnings. Just confirms my belief about small town but big heart properties. 4. Everything about the property was class and Everyone at the property humble. This is the truest reflection of the vision of the forefathers of this iconic name. As they say, CLASS with HUMILITY. 5. I have a special mention for the entire laundry / housekeeping team for doing what they are doing with utmost sincerity. 6. Chef Pawan and Steve besides happy employees like Rumchum make a big difference. Bravo Guys and Go Well Deeply appreciative of your warmth and hospitality. Rahul Tyagi

Luxe experience. With Dheeraj services were superb and chef’ kiss to Nihari and chicken biryani was just superb ! Strongly recommend you all to experience live - in luxe stay !! Aura was just soothing and serene , terrace has an infinity pool !

Gym experience has been super, well maintained and the support staff - Abhilash was really good. The Gym equipments are all good and very well kept. Abhilash is really good at the service. Gym is ten inky place In the hotel which is worth, ,,,,

Excellent hotel to stay in with great hospitality and service beyond words. The food is amazing with best service again at all the restaurants and the best thing is the chef who keeps interacting with the guests and looks forward that they are totally enjoying their food. Would also appreciate the housekeeping which is again very good and would like to mention Mr Prashant who would always serve us with a pleasant smile and with good service.

The whole staff is very professional especially the housekeeping staff (Prashant is one who was always there to provide 👏),,,,,,our whole experience at wow crest was and will be memorable. Plus the food was amazing,,,,, hats off to all the chefs .

The food had good taste but it was spicy for us. Rumchum Rava was a helpful and happy host. Loved the spirit. The sheekh kabab was exceptionally good but I could taste only the spice in the tikka masala. The service is very good and the staff always welcome with a smiling face.

As I have used this app with the advise of my friend name mr . Abhilash Sharma he is wellness ***ager over here in indore city and its a fabulous experience which I have observed in this month as well as I have spent a time in a hotel so it's was also a very nice 👍
