Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

Hotel bardzo duży , duże czyste pokoje, restauracje z dużą ilością jedzenia. Miły personel, zawsze pomocny. Autobus na plażę jeździ co 20 minut Napewno wrócimy do tego hotelu ponownie.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Perfektes Wetter, super freundliche Menschen vor Ort und eine riesige Auswahl an Essen, Pools und Rutschen. Ich komme gern wieder

Fantastic family holiday got upgraded to a family suite which is absolutely huge. Staff can't do enough for you. always interacting with the kids.main part of the holiday is the waterpark this is the best we've been to. Food was good. Alcoholic drinks was OK. Always something going on plenty for the kids to do. The gardeners do an amazing job keeping the grounds tidy.

Honestly the best family holiday we’ve ever been to, i couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Highly highly recommended. This resort has EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE. It’s soooo amazing, the staff are fantastic, the customer service is extremely exceptional. The food is also very good 7/10 for for. Over all 5 stars for me.

Wow!!!! 10 stars this place!!!!! Amazing . Only checked in for a few days, wish I’d of booked 2 whole weeks. This place is huge!! We were located in the 6000 block . Stunning. Fresh, clean. ALL staff are polite, friendly. Please remember to tip . Count this cost b into your holiday before you go. These staff work very hard in that heat and always smile. Yes it’s all inclusive. But £1 tip is much appreciated. Everything was included. Ice creams, candy floss, arcades, funfair, bikes, boats! My kids were in heaven! A big massive Thankyou to Ismael on reception for arranging my daughter’s 10th birthday! Omg it was fantastic . Restaurant booked, flowers on table, cake brought out. It was the TG restaurant upstairs. I am so looking forward to going back to this hotel. Food all day so we just had lazy mornings didn’t need to rush. Always a sunbed. Not that many in Nevaland but lots b of shade and tables and chairs. Slides, foam party , surfing great entertainment. You will NEVA be bored here! Night time was fun. Have dinner then go to arcades. Then go watch the show Kids outdoor cinema too. Only thing spoilt it was constant spa hassle. We did have the girls hair braided £50. Once he started he kept asking for more money. Obviously I didn’t understand!!! Once again this place is huge. Staff are wonderful. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Thankyou and we shall see you soon.xx god bless

A fantastic holiday! The resort is amazing, there was so much to do with all the water slides and activities! One of the best holidays we have had and will be rebooking for next year Clean, lots of choice for food and brillaint water park

Great hotel with lots to do. The slides in the water park were amazing all the pools were very clean with gardener's constantly keeping the place clean. I can highly recommend the neverland show you have to book this at the hotel reception but we'll worth it. The show included food, dancers, singing and of course lots of drinks. If you want to go quad biking have a private trip so much better cost us about £40 each. The bedroom was OK, large bed but as it was a disabled room the sink was low. We did want to change but as we were next to my daughter and partner with 2 baby's we didn't want to move away from her. I would come again.

One of the best all inclusive hotels: huge territory, very green, many clean pools, tasty food, even better than 11 years ago, large interesting aqua park for adults and kids (even adults can run into the childhood feeling). Beach is not so far: there are buses and also you can go there on feet.
