We had a great one night stay. Service was top-notch, the room was very clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel bar which was perfect for the occasion.

Love this hotel. This was our 2nd stay at this location and we were treated like special guest. Beds were decently comfortable, room was a nice size, lots of dogs but never were disturbed by barking.

Natasha , Tom, Jayden made my stay. Lost a of folks called in or no showed so this made for long wait or no service at all. I had to ask for housekeeping each day because no one came. The name Weston use to mean value and high end. Not anymore not at this location

Our bathroom toilet was clogged up and the odor was bad, and we did not use the bathroom, I was thinking they would switch us rooms but they never did.

We were greeted right away with a friendly smile! The room was perfect and roomy and the beds were great! The location was so fun with shopping right outside the gate of the hotel! We took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub! We will come back to The Westin!

Beautiful property but needs remodeled/refurbished. Ive stayed at this property many times over the years while visiting family and this visit was discouraging. Was saddened and concerned to see mold in bathroom and shower. I took pictures and provided them to William Chace. Mr Chace said he would get back to me about refund after speaking with Travelocity. This was Aug 3, 2023, and after many emails to Mr Chace ive yet to hear back from him. I did reach out to another team member last week and now awaiting a call

The bathroom was disgusting. We booked this trip for the weekend to get away from household stress and chores yet i found myself at 8 pm Friday night scrubbing mold from the bathtub and urine from the toilet. Not one to usually complain so I didn’t, but we ordered room service for dinner and the concierge was extremely rude. Tried to order in again for breakfast and she made it so hard that I gave up, bellhop was great though. Overall not worth $700 and the housekeeper was at our door at 8:30 am asking us to check out when our checkout was at 12.

The room was horrible the carpet was ripped. The outlet in the bathroom had makeup all over it and the hair dryer ! The commode ran forever when flushed and you felt like it was going to turn over! The whole room felt unclean! When they cleaned the room they forgot to leave washcloths I called and it took over 3 hours to get them ! I reported this when I checked out and ms Swenson seemed unconcerned at All about the situation the only thing she said was I will report it! Very disappointed to say the least!
