Azoris Faial Garden - Resort Hotel

The room was very oldfashioned. Cleanliness was disappointing due to some black strains in the bathroom. They should do some proper renovations. On the positive side the staff was friendly and the outdoor pool was open to use in month April already.

Bel hotel , bien qu'un peu vieux. Les piscines interieurs etvexterieurs sont super. Par contre le restaurant, en particulier les buffets du soir, sont trés decevants et pas du tout au niveau de l'hotel.

Hotel godny polecenia, w centrum. Jedyny minus to to, że w pokoju było chłodno a klimatyzacja nie chciała zadziałać w trybie ogrzewania.

這是我第二次入住這家花園酒店，喜歡酒店的花園環境，享用早餐時，可看到太陽從海面的水平線升起，步行到horta 碼頭幾分鐘時間。

The restaurant was excellent. The pool and sauna/steam room were very nice also. will be coming back!

Nice gardens, the hotel allows you to breathe. I didn't get to use the gym, but it looks good enough. Two swimming pools are great. Good breakfast. Centrally located in town, close to restaurants cafés and good hikes.

This property is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful and excellent. Overall, this was a great choice for our stay in Horta.

the hotel is very close to the marina. The room was big with big balcony. Breakfast was ok, The service was vety good. the entrance to our building was not maintained well.

We were worried after some reviews about hard beds, but ours was very comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great location, google doesn't show it but there are stairs from the hotel down to the middle of Horta, so very close to things but still off the noisy road. The sea view is amazing but we would have been happy with garden view as well. Breakfast is standard for this level of hotels in Portugal. Dinner buffet is a decent enough alternative when you can't get a restaurant booking.
