First stay went well so I decided to book here again, but my second stay(today) had issues. I did early check-in both times and was charged accordingly. Today, after getting off a 12 hour shift at the hospital, when I first checked-in around 7:20am the first room I was assigned was on the 2nd floor, the room was still dirty so I had to go back to the front desk, second room assigned was on the 2nd floor again but this time the room still had people in it, so I had walk back to the front desk. Third room assignment was in the first floor. Took a shower and finally got settled in bed, 1 hour later construction started and it was right above my room, the loudest drilling you can imagine. Went back to the front desk and got a new bed assigned which was on the 2nd floor. I can still hear the construction but thankfully it was muffled and I could sleep. Woke up around 2pm, to my surprise there was no water running, went to the store and came back. Someone from the front desk stopped me to inform me that they’re had to stop plumbing due to construction but it should be back soon. I appreciate the staff being calm and assisting me, but not once did they apologize for all the inconvenience I encountered. I will not be staying here again.
