The property was under remodel. Rooms were a mess hallways were a mess outside parking lot was a mess. Construction work going on until 830 or so at night door slamming at all hours from anywhere from 2 o’clock in the morning till 4 o’clock in the morning Would not recommend this at all

looked very nice on the first floor but once we got to our room which was in the 3rd floor it was under construction and lights were dimmed looked and felt so sketchy, no towels in the restroom and can hear conversations from the next room

Honestly I've stayed in worse but the curtains were ripped and wouldn't shut. The breakfast wasn't good. They were working on the hotel while we were there so hopefully it gets better.

The lobby area was dusty, no one at front desk for about 10 minutes. Asked for early check in and rudely advised no room available with out reviewing system. The pool was out of service the reason we choose this hotel when asked front staff was service for a couple hours was advised been out of service for a while.

I had to have an early check-in and staff was very accommodating. The room was worn and not in the best condition but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Centrally located and close to shopping and restaurants. Happy with my stay.

I booked a King suite, it did have a King bed but there was nothing "suite" about the room. Go into the bathroom there were big rust spots in toilet bowl that could have been cleaned, the bath tub was brown from not being scrubbed when cleaned, therefore you have dirt and grime upon dirt and grime that after time just set in tub when not cleaned properly. My wife and I both work in the hotel industry(my wife being executive housekeeper). Overall it was terrible! We booked 3 night stay but left a day early.

This hotel was horrible!!! First off the pool was closed. The whole hotel smelled like paint and paint thinner. There was over spray on all the doorknobs. And carpet. There was mold on the bathroom rail and edges. There was no screen on our third story room. Dogs were barking inside, front desk was notified several times. Microwave didn’t work. Coffee was cold. The worse stay in a long time. No stars!!

I have always been happy with this chain until this stay. The only towel in the bathroom was torn and tattered. There was mildew on the shower curtain. The sheets had mildew spots on the edges. I could see that are updating rooms and hopefully this is just one that has not been done yet.
