Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hinton

酒店很新，而且設施完善，有小泳池和健身房，位置稍偏，但旁邊有加油站和小超市、餐廳，所以整體性價比很高

The owner came up and spoke to us as we were getting ready to leave the breakfast. Very personal and first hand thanked us for staying in his hotel. Because of his brief conversation with us, we will definitely come back and stay in his hotel.

It was very inconvenient for my family and me as I have my old grandmother with me and my family suite was in the basement and it was all dark and shady, which were not informed about during the timing of the booking. My grandmother is claustrophobic and it was very inconvenient for her to stay in the basement specially during our vacation. I inquired at reception and discussed my concern and she told me i should have been told by ******* about the family suite location in the basement, which I was never told by *******. They didn’t have any rooms on main level or any other level for family suite. So the only option they told me to take 2 rooms upstairs with two queen beds and I have to pay for that. Which I did during my stay because I didn’t have any other choice. So I want the ******* to look into my problem and kindly give my money back as I didn’t use the family room or compensate according to your company policies. Thank you.

Location is great, very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Rather expenses room cost which were exorbitant for a HI Express!!!

We enjoyed staying to this place, but it’s just a bit far from jasper. But everything than that is excellent!!

We enjpyed our stay. Check in was quick and easy. There is a pool and hottub. Our room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good and had so many options. I am very happy with our stay.

Lovely family suite, very spacious for us family of 6! The check in staff was really friendly and overall the place is very nice. Will come again on our next visit!

Property shown as close to Jasper; misleading as it is more than 50 miles away. Everyday we had to drive 1 hr each way unnecessarily

The suites were located on the basement level with great blackout blinds. The unit was cool (as we were there on hot days, 31C) and was very nice for sleeping. We heard no noise from other units. Breakfast was also quite good.
