All the people at the front desk are very professional and friendly. I was impressed by them. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Over priced booking for the quality and location Bathroom oder from sewage unable to contain. Horrible. No hot water during the shower!!!! Incredible!! Loud noise from upstairs could hear footsteps. Unable to sleep due to noise and odor. Sleepless night

Check in was great and fast for 3 rooms. Staff was really nice & professional. The security guard was extremely helpful. 1 of the nicer hotels in Nogales, so it's always 1 of our top choices to stay at. They gave a restaurant with room service.

This hotel is poorly maintained, furniture is old and all damaged. The sheets were dirty and had hair from previous guests I guess? I asked the front desk ladies if we could get them changed and they did send housekeeping. Elevator was not working the day we got there nor the day after. Everything is either damaged or broken. Will not be staying here again. The staff is nice though.

Up to date on the tech knowledge. Room A/C filter return was filthy and needs to be cleaned / maintenance

I have stayed there before and this time the room was old. The third flooor overall needs to be remodeled carpets in common areas are dirty or ripped, room furniture is old and damaged and window coverings are ripped. Very surprised and disappointed because this is not what you expect out of this property

The check in process was very easy and fast. The staff were all very friendly and made my business feel welcomed. When I got to the room, it was very clean.

No access to thermostat, slept at 90 degrees heater setting.

I like the privacy they give you providing all the attention to whatever needs you may have and the stuff was very respectful and nice.
