Good hotel for short trip

Very comfortable stay with clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Only issue was that we were uninformed of the kitchen closure whilst booking online and hence were quite disappointed to know that we couldn't have a much anticipated meal at the hotel.

1st night my van got broken into from your car park and tools stolen, and I had to pay for this privilege!!! must be a common occurrence as staff weren’t shocked at all nor bothered. Awful squealing noise awoke me in my room at 3am, staff moved me to a different room which had zero natural light and again another annoying constant whirling noise of the bathroom fan even when off, not value for money at all. No lift and an maze like structure with an abundance of stairs to navigate to my room, ridiculous. This hotel needs knocking down and re building, out dated and vile!!! Would never stay here again even if you paid me. Disgusting!! I stayed for 4 nights in total and my room wasn’t cleaned once nor the towels replaced!! Only found out at check out that you have to let them know if you want your room cleaning!!! Rooms outdated and noisy, you can hear the neighbours and people up and down the corridors !

We stayed overnight for a family gathering and cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, a special thanks to Antonio and Glenys . Would definately return.

Stayed here with my family as a base for visiting Wembley stadium. It is only 2 stops from Wembley distance and walking distance on a nice day. The staff were very friendly and quickly sorted out a minor problem of my room not being set up with the correct number of beds whilst we went for food. The room was clean and we all slept well. The communal areas could do with a bit of updating however that didn’t impact our use of the hotel, just a general observation. There were sufficient parking spaces.

Comfortable room and bed…excellent bar and restaurant. Staff on reception were great …friendly welcome and nothing too much trouble (shout out to anthonio). Would definitely recommend and will be returning when next in London…well placed for Wembley.

The room was dark and dinghy. With it being a sad state of repair. The extractor fan didn't work, so it took an age for the steam to clear after a shower. The walls in the bathroom had mould forming, which has not been dealt with properly. The bathroom smelt of urine and the wood panels surrounding the toilet were beginning to warp and peel. Room in a generally tatty state including a lot of bulbs not working. Missing and cracked paint and plaster. Asked for this to be fixed on our way out, and nothing sorted. Too tired to argue when we returned after being out all evening. Palmed off to Guest Relations as manager 'busy'. Very disappointed as Premier Inns are normally quite good, but this one is in dire need of some TLC.

Great location for a trip to Wembley, underground takes you straight to Wembley Park. Very friendly and accommodating staff both at reception and in the restaurant. Comfortable room with great breakfast provided. Good parking facilities.

Have stayed at the Premier Inn Harrow a number of times. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you. The room is always clean and comfortable.
