No soap in the bathroom. I had to ask to have my room clean no paper pen no cups no bags in the garbage cans somewhat dirty room halls dirty garbages in halls over flowing. Kids running around until 11 pm

I stay at this hotel every time I travel to the area. The staff is unbelievable! Even the new employees that have been hired are so customer friendly! On top of that, they are very tuned in to safety, which is extremely reassuring for a woman who travels alone. I highly recommend you book a stay here!

Check in is at 3pm. Arrived a couple minutes after and was told our room wasnt ready yet and we would get a text when it was. After waiting an hour in the lobby we went to dinner. 45 min into dinner we finally recieve a text saying its ready. Breakfast had oatmeal, yogurt, waffle sticks, and sausage. Second night we were there the fire alarm went off and we had to wait outside until they let us back in. At least the room was clean and staff was friendly.

Not pleased at all. Traveled all those hours for them not to allow us to check in. We arrived at 3:30pm and they had no rooms ready. We didn’t get a room until 5:30pm with a bunch of kids. Not happy at all

Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was great with a nice selection.

I had an excellent three night stay! It was my first time staying at the Hyatt Place, and i will definitely book again! My room was clean and comfortable. I felt the security was good. The breakfast was delicious in comparison to other hotels...scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage were on point.
