チェックイン時間は午後2時で、到着は午後2時30分でしたが、部屋は午後3時過ぎまで準備ができていませんでした。 美しい庭園に囲まれた静かなバンガロー。部屋は思ったより狭かったですが、十分でした。清掃は徹底的で、清掃スタッフは素晴らしく、ベッドの上にタオルで作られた素敵なディスプレイを作成し、本当に私たちを元気づけました。 非常に広々としたきれいなプール。 湖の周りに小道がないのは残念ですが、敷地内には短く快適な散歩道があります。 幹線道路の近くにいくつかの飲食店があります。

we had a fantastic experience at cinnamon village by habarana. The customer service was exceptional, and Mr. Anura, the security manager, stood out with his outstanding assistance. Great visit at this hotel booked via Kuoni. Our room was lovely, loads of space and very comfy bed. All kept really clean. Buffet was really yummy, lots of Sri Lankan options but also western too. Staff were attentive. Really nice grounds with monkeys and birds. Pool was good but not enough beds. Towels provided at pool side. We visited sigiriya, dam bulls and did an elephant safari from this hotel.

We had the fortune of staying here in April 2024, but the mistfortune of having our kids get sick on the trip (not from the hotel). The place was beautiful, and the room (Eagle Lodge) was absolutely massive. But what really blew us away was the service. I've never felt like such a VIP before. It was pretty astounding the lengths that the staff went to in order to help us manage our sick kids. Special shout-outs to Thilini up front and Jay at the buffet, who were absolute rockstars. Even though the trip didn't go as planned, we'll always have fond memories of how we were treated here.

Habarana Village is a gem for those seeking peace. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. Our room was cozy and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. The serene atmosphere makes it perfect for relaxation. Plus, the nice sunsets and the beautiful lake view add to the charm. Highly recommend for a quiet escape with scenic beauty.
