ハンプトン イン & スイーツ ガスリー(Hampton Inn & Suites Guthrie)

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in several hours early. The hotel was not very busy. The shower was not as clean as I’d like. There was hair on the shampoo bottles and the conditioner was almost empty. but the reason I’d choose to stay elsewhere is the barndoor style bathroom door. There were gaps preventing any thought of privacy. You could see in the bathroom with the door shut and there was no lock.

Nice hotel that has easy access to the highway. Madison at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to our room request. I would recommend this hotel.

Carpet by right queen bed was stained and right queen bed had nasty buggers wiped on left side of under covers (left a note for cleaning staff) Other than that, it was ok.

Shout out to young desk attendant, Trevin Lokken. He was very helpful, good attitude.

I did t like the fact that we had a tiny four legged visitor..a mice… we complained to management… we stuffed a towel under door to adjoining room… it didn’t keep the vermin out… he literally came u Dee the other door into our room again and in the sofa. Management gave us another room.. upon checkout the next morning..management comped one of my days.. I think the entire stay should have been comped.. no one should pay $158 a nite to sleep with rats😳😳😳! I’m not done…I will be reaching out to corporate for a full refund!

Awful, gave me some one elses room, didn't clean our room, no conditioner in the bottle, so loud next door, will never stay there again

I’ve always loved my Hampton Inn experiences but this one left me dissatisfied. I’ve never gone into my room and found the toilet paper roll empty before, thankfully there was a spare roll. But it made me wonder if the sheets were new or was it a used room. We were placed on the 4th floor on the interstate side. So much interstate noise we had to keep our fan unit running to drown the noise so we could sleep. Overall I was very disappointed by my experience, sad to say.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. One of the most pleasant stays I’ve ever had anywhere. Highly recommended.

Overall this is a very nice place to stay but it is getting "tired". Needs a update in public areas. My room was fine and very clean but the elevators especially and hall carpeting was smelly and dirty looking.
