I wish I had known that room service would be closed before booking this hotel because I would have booked somewhere else considering how out of the way and difficult it was to find decent Western food in this area. I was feeling a little off my first day here due to having gotten a Pfizer Vaccination in Bangkok the day before, and I didn't want to leave my hotel room however when I tried to call room service no one answered, when I called the front desk they told me there would be no room service until Monday.
Otherwise, the hotel was great, I think they might have given me an upgrade because my room had a surprise balcony (which I definitely made use of). The pool and gym were decent and the staff at the pool were excellent and even loaned me a swim cap because I hadn't brought my own. The hotel was very nice and clean, as can be expected at a Holiday Inn, and the breakfast was varied and delicious offering several foreign breakfast options.
