ヒルトン グリーンビル(Hilton Greenville)

It was nice and peaceful. The only thing I can complain about is they don’t tell you about the $100 hold fee. I didn’t find out until i checked my account. And it takes 3-5 days to get it back! Overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable.

So easy, this is one of my favorite places to stay when I’m in Greenville.

Friendly staff, very clean and quiet

The staff were great and offered to help us any way they could. There were a few things broken but it the last guests were in a rush like us, maybe they didn’t express it to the staff. Planned on calling to let them know. Aside from that, clean, neat and quiet.

Went to Greenville to visit a friend stayed here the service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful I highly recommend this Hilton

Hotel isnt worth da money👌because dey dnt even have mirowaves in it you have to literally request it❗❗❗besides all dis dam money for dese rooms and you have to pay for breakfast smh $15 a person ain't no way when you can go to fa golf resorts on verdae and spend less and get free breakfast and swimming area in or out side❗❗and you can barley sleep for da damm house keepers are aggy dey comes to your room way before check out tyme and a right after da tyme has come to check out❗nowww da beds are very comfy and floors be half away clean da house keepers should take more tyme cleaning dese rooms but location was a plus and quiteness was a plus to❗to be honest all folks is paying for is da name HILTON dats it❗anything over hundred dollars should include microwave,refrigerator,breakfast and etc and i know you get wat you put in❗im really disappointed at dis hotel and wouldnt recommend it to no one to be honest❗

Upon arrival we were greeted at the front desk with a small wait. After getting settled in assigned our room we noticed something flying around the room. After review we discovered they were ladybugs. Went to the front desk to complain, asking for another room but was told they will booked and there was nothing they could do. After the discussion housekeeping was sent to clean our room. The next morning ladybugs were still visible. Checking behind chairs and pulling back the curtains is where we discovered the small infestation of ladybugs. Went to the front desk to ask for compensation, due to booking through a third party the hotel was only able to offer us breakfast and second cleaning of our room. Upon checking out we were told by the front desk clerk the ladybug issue is normal this time of the year. My response was, "wait a minute so you guys knew this was going on and you still rented us the room on that floor?" Ugh. The staff was not very accommodating with the situation. Something more should have been done and the rooms on that floor should not be rented out until that situation is resolved.

Would have been a better stay if Housekeeping wouldn’t barge in without knocking. Even had a privacy sign on the door. No privacy

Great place and location. Needs more usb ports for charging, there was only 1 on a clock.
