スプリングヒル スイーツ グリーン ベイ(SpringHill Suites Green Bay)

This is quite a modern hotel within a few minutes walk of the Green Bay Packers stadium. The room I had was big with a separate sleeping area and an area with a sofa. Each area has a TV. The room had a fridge and microwave. The window was fitted with a blackout blind which was very effective at keeping the room dark. I was there for three nights and the room was not cleaned during my stay, although I got clean towels at reception when I asked for them. The room was clean when I checked-in but I did find a pair of socks from a previous guest behind the large stool I used to put my case on. There is plenty of car parking. Breakfast was included in the room cost but was very disappointing. Its very basic with very little choice and not great quality. It's a shame because this let's the hotel down. If you are going to see a Packers game this is an good place to stay and I would stay again (but try to find breakfast somewhere else).

Great hotel in a good location. Only thing we would suggest is getting rid of the mold in the bathrooms. Other than that we loved our stay!!! We will book again!

Room was nice except thermostat did not work. No fan to circulate air. Air or heat ran without shutting off per temperature.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. There were having issues with their fire alarm system and the smoke dectectors would go off randomly. The office chair was broken which made it slightly uncomfortable to work. Water was hot for the shower but no water pressure. Would stay there again as overall these were minor and correctable.

The room had food on the carpet still from pre our arrival, pillow case was full of stained juice or other, we arrived early and got to check in early and that was a plus

I absolutely love the set up of this SpringHill Suites, with the separate sitting area with TV. It's perfect for my husband and I - he can go to bed early and I can stay up and watch TV, then he can get up early and have a comfortable place to sit and read and drink his coffee without waking me up. We've stayed at this one before and I did not remember the bathroom being so poorly lit. That is literally my only complaint about this hotel. Everything else is amazing, including the location (tons of restaurants nearby, and you can walk to Lambeau Field!) In full disclosure, I did not eat the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that. But the coffee was good!

New Year's celebration with friends :) so much fun, the hotel will now be our go to place when we visit Green Bay

I love all the amenities, that breakfast is free, and the friendly workers for a reasonable price.

Starting with check-in, i had a feeling this was going to be a great stay...was able to check in 90 minutes early! Desk person was super nice. Got our room key and headed up...on the second floor room 230. Walked in and it was nice, what we needed for the night. Looking out to Lambeau was a bonus! Sat on bed and everything went down hill from there. The bed sagged in the middle, hard still, pillows were feather pillows that had ZERO comfort or support. Sofa felt like a giant brick with zero give. Bathroom tiles were loose and lots of rust around the fixtures. Needless to say we will NOT stay here in the future. Bummer, great location for events!
