Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

Excellent place to stay. Would recommend to friends or travellers.

Location great on major cross roads, walking to restaurants. Broken elevators last three stays over 7 month period, starting to look its age

We love this hotel. It is very clean has underground parking, which is unbeatable in winter weather. The breakfast that is included is good. The only downfall to this hotel is that it seems only one of two elevators working every time we stayed. Staff is very friendly and will do what it takes to make you happy.

The property is very central to the main highways. The property is a bit worn but overall in decent shape and reflected in the price. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge (queen suite). However the room we had, 236, had a window that didn't seal. As a result, i got a nice -20 breeze on my head all night. The free breakfast in the morning was a good start to the day.

My room was very clean and comfortable. I just found the room was too hot. And I tried to adjust the room temp and it didn’t make a difference. Also the window in room wasn’t cooperating with being opened.

My room was great and the bed comfortable. I ate in the restaurant. The food was delicious and service very good. I was also able to park my rental car in heated underground parking 👍

Negatives first : some weird stains on the floor, bad water bubbles on the end tables so u cant even put a glass on them lol, fridge was too warm and no way to turn up, had to ask for soap as there wasnt any in the room, the tv channels were AWFUL and not clear and the blinds wouldnt work. Positives: bathroom was clean and spacious, towels were awesome for my bigger size, the bed was very comfortable! Pillows were good. Blankets were nice and warm. You cant hear ANYTHING from the surrounding rooms as its super sound proofed! The best part of this stay was the complimentary breakfast. You get to go into the attached restaurant, order off their menu (build your own omelette with side of fruit/hashbrowns and toast or build your own breakfast with many options) and not pay a cent unless you want extras which you really dont need. I was fasting for an ultrasound so i sat with my kids while they ordered and the lady asked me what i would like packaged up to take home! How nice is that??!! Employees of hotel and restaurant are so very polite and nice and go above and beyond.

Our room toilet was plugged which they fixed but the bottom of the toilet was all dirty, hair stuck to it and you could see old pee on and around it so I wrapped a towel around the bottom. The window has major air leaks and sits crooked, the blinds don't work and they need new king beds that don't have body marks imprinted in them. Oh and the walls were dirty, it was just not that great, will not stay again.
