the hotel is great - the room was large. the food -was just great with a lot of options the dining room open hours are long - dinner until 10 pm! the staff was friendly especially Simona from the front desk who was very helpful and very nice only bad thing us the distance from the city - 40 leba in a cab

If you are looking for a hotel with bad food and a ****** with less-than-average ******** conditions, this is the hotel for you. On the other hand nice rooms, clean, and honest prices (but you will spend much more at the ******). Not in the center of varna.

******: No Limit Texas Hold'em. Eeach day after 20:00 the games of 1/3 and 2/5 Euro started. The poker room offered up to 8 tables. During my visits there were up to 3 tables running. Only Texas Holdem. I have no idea why did the ******, both poker and ****** games, operate on Euros rather than BGN's. Yoy can wirhdraw Euros from ******'s cashiers desk. There is no dress code or anything.

The worst experience in my life. They have made differencebetween bulgarian citizens and the rest, different retsaurants, differents food.. Incredile for 2023 year ... When i ask the reception, they told us " this is our policy" ...

The Executive Lounge and all its advantages make you feel really special. All the people, working there, were real professionals.

In my opinion the rooms are very good, the sea view amaizing! But about the restaurant... a big dissapontment, I don t recomande. Very poor meniu and a even when I ask for water I was disgusted... the bottle was dirty and în the water was floating things... în a 5* restaurant... I don t recommend to eat or drink here!

We had a few rooms for a family reunion. I had a few mishaps during check-in but the hotel staff went above and beyond to try to make it up for everything. The hotel is very clean, 20 steps from the beach, service is top notch. The front desk was probably the only department that was lacking a bit. The buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from. Chef Dimitar at the omelet station was noticeably super friendly and nice to all guests. Rooms are large, I highly recommend the high floor rooms - sea view with balcony. Overall a great stay and we all had a fabulous time.

This was a splurge on our Bulgaria trip, and a chance to just kick back and relax for a couple of nights. Well, the price was extremely reasonable for the level of amenities and service. We got a big balcony on a high floor to enjoy the sea view. Underground parking was free of charge. The included breakfast buffet options were varied and generous. No complaints at all!

We have been for 5 days in the hotel in its old part and the holiday was just a disappointment. We had a blockage in the toilet which caused the smell of sewage in the room and water leaking from the toilet. When we complained, a maintenance man arrived and could not handle the problem. We complained 3 times and each time he came and the problem was not resolved. None of the hotel staff bothered to contact us and check if the problem was resolved and how was our feeling. We just stayed for 4 nights in a sewer-like room. When we were asked how it was at the hotel and told how we felt the receptionist said it was probably a case of bad luck. Unlucky ??? Shame on a hotel that defines as a 5 star that the receptionist answers such an answer. Service under all criticism !! Besides, the food is the same every day and the staff of the dining room are very uninviting and not nice. The hotel is not recommended at all!
