Lovely clean tidy place to stay, very welcoming parking a little tight but close to all amenities. Room is comfortable tv, shower, comfortable bed, tea and coffee in room with microwave and fridge close to all amenities and short walk to town

Fantastic stay, room was nice and big, clean and tidy and at very good price. Staff were warm and welcoming , no complaints at all, will be back again next year for the Army v Navy Rugby. Perfect location just fifteen minutes walk from the ground. Thoroughly recommended.

I stayed at the Edward hotel for a few nights a week for about 6 months as I was on placement for my psychology doctorate nearby. I really enjoyed my stay each time. The location is close to the hospital, shops and it was a nice walk to Gloucester Quays for a lovely meal out with a colleague. The hotel was always a lovely temperature, rooms spotlessly clean, and a super comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely. It is family run by Karen and Sinjun and it's clear that they care about the hotel and guests. I knew we were in good hands and if we had any problems they would do all they could to help. It was lovely to have somewhere to settle down while away from home. There is a guest kitchen to use if needed but there is also a microwave, fridge and kettle in each room. Plus the tea, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room was a nice touch! Some rooms require a few stairs to navigate but other than that it is a great place to stay.

Lovely welcome, fabulous hospitality. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely room, plenty of space. Warm, well decorated and comfy bed. Plenty of pillows. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate plus biscuits. Great breakfast also. Also good location.

Stayed here on a short break with my partner, staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious. Room was nice and warm with a comfortable bed, everything was clean and tidy. Staff were lovely and helpful, giving us advice on our stay. Location is only a 5-10 minutes walk from the centre. And has ample parking if you needed to drive.

Spacious clean, good value room. Well located to walk into the city centre. Nice staff, quick check in and free parking. Would stay again if staying in the area.

Comfy well presented rooms, bedroom and sitting room. Room was clean, staff very friendly. Good choice of TV channels unlike some hotels. Breakfast was good, choice or cooked or continental. Would happily stay again if in the area
