ホテル コロラド(Hotel Colorado)

We had a great stay at hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs. Of course it’s amazing to stay in an iconic hotel that has existed for 130 years, and it’s charm and decor do not disappoint. The renovated rooms have maintained their charm, while having a little style update. The staff is amazing – very helpful and willing to make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one. In the summer, do not miss dining on the patio.

First time staying there. Employees were friendly and helpful. Food was good. We wished the hotel shuttle didn’t shut down at 6 in the evening. No complaints other than the shuttle.

I have never had such bad customer service. From not getting the room I paid for and then the front desk telling me it was my fault for going thought a third party and next time I will know better. Trying to check in and out and everyone at the front desk tries to act like they are busy so no one has to help the next person. Very cool old hotel but the staff is terrible except Thomas he is amazing and drove us and picked us up wherever we wanted. He also gave excellent recommendations for meals. He was the the highlight of the stay at the Hotel Colorado

We just spent the most lovely weekend at the hotel, Colorado. The room was absolutely gorgeous and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was so cozy and full of character. The hotel was beautiful, the people, friendly, the food was great, and we had the best massage we’ve ever had. Honestly, one of the best weekends I remember in a long time. Thank you hotel Colorado you were amazing.

It's an old hotel. Staff needs training at front checkout. Had to wait 20 mins. in line because they didn't know how to process something for the people in front of me. Didn't call anyone to help, even though the libe was 4 people deep. I had a question later about spa trea**ents and no one was at front desk. I waited 15 mins. Finally just left. Is walking distance to hot spring. Remember it was built in 1893 so it is still very much authentic looking in rooms and hallways.. including heating system.

Hotel Colorado exceeded our expectations! What a beautiful historic hotel. We enjoyed everything about ut.

We stayed for Valentine’s Day’s Night; it was cute and we really liked the old fashioned vibe they captured. To be honest not many people on the staff interacted with us at all but some of the other visitors were very friendly but some not so much.

Large room, but small bathroom. It's what we expected from a Historic Hotel. I was a bit surprised the hotel didn't provide free parking. However, we were able to score a spot on the street, which was free. The hotel has a picture of the hot springs on its gallery slideshow, but they do not have hot springs at the hotel, nor do they provide free or discounted tickets to the hot springs. A little decieving, but after the fact I noticed in small print that the hot springs are a short walk away.
