Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and most consistent area of improvement observed has been at the Front desk - check-in and check-out. Entire process is utterly inefficient, unexpected from a supposedly 5-star property. In the latest experience, check-in staff refused to update my booking with my loyalty number, with lame excuses like "I don't have access, I will ask my supervisor to do it soon". This was not done till checkout and I heard similar statement "Sir, we will get it updated soon". It is not done even after seven weeks. Check-out always takes several minutes and staff is totally unapologetic about it. Apart from the above, experience with food, service was satisfactory.
