Overall I enjoyed my stay

Most of staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Monica and evening staff at the Bar:Robert. The hotel management could look at upgrading the standard and refurbishing the rooms. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

It’s not perfect but definitely my favourite place to stay in Freetown. Good array of facilities, excellent staff, more like a community than a hotel. They will organise your airport transfer (the awful part of staying in Freetown). The coffee bar is good. The food generally isn’t.

It is one of the best hospitality facilities in Freetown. My friend from Wales was particularly impressed with the state of the arts artworks on display. The staffs are highly professional and helpful. Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko Hotel has experienced working team that ensure excellent customer service.

I spey45 days at this wonderful hotel. Location was great and staff were friendly and welcoming. If I had to go back to Freetown, I’d stay there again. The ferry ride was a pain, but the alternative was a very long ride to get to the airport and back.

The building maintenance all over is really below standard, the hotel is starting to have an ominous look (like omg is this the only one in town?). The tennis court is not there, the elevators work, the internet in the room is of course s-hit-ty and the breakfast, same same every day, is not great. The bar is tacky enough. But the bed sheets are clean every day and staff is all doing their best. Good enough!

Excellent service in the reception, restaurant and security guards. Always available to help. Great facilities including the gym and swimming pool. Good value for money.

I reserved this hotel, to find out on arrival they do not have payment function with ***********!! due to the fact they need to pay commission! After writing this review, I will be sending a very strong message to ***********!!! Africa is not like Europe!! they dont have facilities to take card payments!! the guy on the desk asked me to send money to his mobile phone!! My partner with a 1 year old baby arrived to find this out at 10pm! the hotel refused to give her the key for the room!! unbelievable! I advise anyone to NOT use this hotel via ***********! 20/01/2024 They told us to wait until the next day for the manager to arrive!! if you are reading this and thinking to book them! your mad!!
