Honest review, this hotel was probably the lease at the bottom of my list on picks
Had to arrive to the resort and my own transportation there was no transportation provided the back-and-forth emails about the transportation that needed to be paid for was not met, the food was about a six out of 10 the food choices really remain the same the duration of my week stay the customer service was horrible. No one had any information or any source or any accommodations. There was a missing light in the bathroom the door handle, fell off and no one came to fix it. The safe was broken, the refrigerator was leaking. The power went off in the middle of the night. The cable went out every single night around the same time. The fridge raider was only stocked one time, and not even the very first day three days into the day I was provided with water and sodas, that was supposed to last the duration of my stay for a week , my room was only clean two times by request time I did deny it but the other times wasn’t even attempted there was absolutely no real fun activities to a certain extent everywhere we had to travel there was a $30 taxi ride we had to pay for ourselves the excursions that I paid for was canceled the day of and had to be refunded no accommodation other than a taxi ride one way and I had to pay for the other way back. Very disappointing. This is not a hotel for couples or people that are trying to have a very good Bahama first time experience , felt unsafe and unsatisfied
