No sidewalks for pedestrians. You’re essentially walking on the roads with vehicles. Unsafe. Concierge would also call several times for timeshares and then they would charged you for local phone calls or calls that they make to your room.

Really enjoyed my weekend with the family. Trip.com made my check in easy and saved me $800. This resort was clean and I felt at home

Enjoyed the property only downfall is it's so large you had to drive if you have toddlers to get to certain pools etc... people friendly beautiful resort

I loved our stay! The only negative thing I have to say, is the gentleman kept asking and calling trying to get us to go on a 90 minute tour of the resort in exchange for a $200 credit. We politely declined several times, but he still kept calling.

Everything was a great experience. However, I gave a 4 star rate for facility and condition because our jacuzzi jett did not work. However, the overall experience was very pleasant. Thanks.

Very nice 2 bedroom unit overlooking the golf course. Very clean and lots of amenities. Would stay here again.

This was our third vacation to this resort. First time with our kids they had the best time ! Resort is well maintained,clean, lots to do and very safe. My only complaint would be the price that is a extra cost to use the kid zones.... I understand you need to charge but the extra price is set very high.

This was our first visit to Orange Lake Resort (from Ontario Canada) and I think we found our favourite place to stay with the kids. I had heard that there was some high pressure "time share" sales pitch but we didn't receive any of that. We arrived a bit early but that didn't impede our ability to check in, which was a smooth process from the helpful staff member. The 2 bed/2 bath villa was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located close to the lazy river, water slide, and playground. We loved that there was a Publix grocery store just at the entrance to the resort. We would absolutely return if/when the opportunity presents.
