トーン パートナー ホテル フォルデ(Thon PartnerHotel Førde)

The room was quite small and didn’t have basic amenities like a coffee machine or a mini fridge. Price was a bit much for the value, even by Norwegian standards. Breakfast was ok and the ladies working at the reception were nice.

The hotel really seemed short of staff for summer. There seemed to be in the afternoon and evening only one young receptionist (summer student) who was visibly annoyed by guests showing up. The room was ok-ish despite repair needs (cheap materials used but looks acceptable and was clean). Contrary to the website the restaurant was not open on a Saturday night (Seems the main clientele the hotel is targeting is more business people) and sauna/spa was closed (repairs as well but I can’t stop thinking the staff was lacking more than anything else). As there was nothing to do we decided to play a board game with the family in the lobby but the lobby was already packed, as was the hotel. So the only thing to do was go for early sleep (along a busy and noisy road) The breakfast concept was ok (buffet style like typical in Norway) but also here running out of staff and supply. Refills were slow or lacking. When we arrived at 9am the bread was all gone, bad luck... I would avoid this place. It’s well below the standard of all the other similarly priced hotels we had so far on our 2 week round trip.

A bit lousy outside, nice and modern inside. Very nice to sit in the garden in the sunset with a drink or a beer. Helpful staff. The rooms are nicely renovated and clean. Central locaded if Førde - whitch is not the center of the earth.

This is the hotel you want stay in when you want to visit Førde or locations in Sunnfjord. We arrived last night meeting smiling and polite staff that are going the extra mile to.help you. Local staff with knowledge about how to navigate in the district. The rooms is absolutely good, and I have never dropped down In a better mattresses then this . Next morning we went down to an outstanding breakfast, with freshly made bread from.local bakery with nutrition and tastefully flavours in the driving seat. Small pancakes protected in solid warming pots. Smoked salmon, ham and eggs, all you can require, with that taste and passion behind the food that you need. We will spend 3 more nights, which means 3 more breakfasts servings, tomorrow night we will try the hotel restaurant, and will of course update my review, BUT I am sure I will not be disappointed. Comfortable room and good breakfast

The hotel is renovated inside, but outside is not. So don’t be shocked. Hence why I gave a bit smaller rating as well. Breakfast was great, pretty big selection of things. :)

Arrived 2hrs early and room was ready great hotel close to town good parking and restaurant

We stayed for one night in Forde. They gave us a room facing the river. Room was nice. Breakfast choice was a lot. Everything nice in this hotel. The only thing missing is that we did not get our free mineral water as a member of Thon Hotel. But it does not matter, you can drink cold water from the faucet. Bed was nice to sleep in. Nothing to complain. We had the opportunity to walk around the city after dinner.
