Residence Inn Florence

Hotel was very convenient to I 95, and easy to access. A large selection of restaurants very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, and employees helpful and polite. Cleanliness not what we expected, especially coming out of a pandemic. No evidence of hand sanitizer anywhere in hotel. Room carpeting was not clean, the remote and phone were filthy.

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was better than expected. The eggs were fresh, not powdered crud. The grits were wonderful and hot. The bold coffee was also good. The lobby was clean and organized. AC worked well. Our room was very clean.

Great place to stop on the way to the Fla.Keys, Hotel is right off interstate, near restaurants and a gas station to gas up before you leave. Very spacious 1 bedroom King size bed with kitchen. Safe parking and staff was exceptional. Dropped a star because of the smoking at the entrance 1 bedroom full kitchen and breakfast was great.

Hotel stay was phenomenal thanks to Kathryn Hall!!! She was very accommodating & made our family reunion experience a pleasure. Check in experience was exceptional. I arrived earlier than the normal check in time called ahead & was able to have an early check in. Great all around experience!!!

My stay at the Marriott hotelwith the Parnell Family Reunion was excellent! The hotel was beautiful, my room was great. The staff was accomodating. Kathryn Hall was absolutely the best! She is the epitome of customer service. I've stayed at this hotel before- However, this stay exceeded my expectations.

Kathryn went above and beyond. Amazing place. I was greeted professionally. Room was clean. Kathryn helped me with knowing the area and making me feel at home and was very friendly. The area had lots of voices to eat. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

This is a great place to pause on a road trip. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the sweet ladies running the breakfast in the morning. Sharon let us know where everything was and even took the time to ask how our morning was going. I really appreciated her helpfulness because I don't even know what planet I’m on without my morning cup of coffee. Sharon with her friendly demeanor immediately pointed me in the right direction and let me know what was available for breakfast. We plan to stop here again in the future because everyone was so nice.
