ゴールドフィンチ ホテル デリー NCR(Goldfinch Hotel Delhi NCR)

I think this is the worse for business travelers. It’s not clean. Hot water doesn’t work. The reception and housekeeping won’t answer the phone ever, you have to go to first floor to complain. The breakfast seemed like a leftover from days before. Won’t recommend

I advise to you some improvement in service and timely implementation of that.

Close to Delhi. But poorly kept and ***aged. Breakfast is decent

We had a bad experience on our first night in a different hotel, so we had to look for another. From the first encounter the experience has been very good. All the staff have been excellent and have made us feel very welcome. The service has been excellent from all the staff from doormen, those at reception, at restaurant and cleaning staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Mahesh has been great in dealing with our requests. The hotels rooms are clean and have daily visits. It feels very safe here. I would highly recommend it and will return on my next trip.

The hotel is good but worth mentioning is Chef Jatinder’s team, the breakfast was the highlight of our stay… All the things on the menu were delicious. The spread was also lavish making it apt for people with varied food choices. Do visit !!!!

The hotel is nice and strategic. The hotel is equipped with a very good staffs like Mr. Akash and Mr. Harinder. All is good but perhaps they can improve further the quality of the water for bathing. That is the only part lacking in this hotel.ok

Best experience and really good staff and their behaviour especially of Mr Mahesh. Best place to stay with friends and family. Nice rooms and they are really clean and fresh. Excellent services provided by the staff of Goldfinch Hotel. I will definitely visit whenever i have a meeting or anything in faridabad .

I was given a room with a view to the mela which was very nice Cleaning of room good Please do the needful for iron n ironing board - for corporate people would be nice Note also it's a wedding hotels - almost everyday there was a function going on in the hotel I recon the friendliness of the staff special mention to Mahesh / Vipul and the Front office ***ager
