Reserved a king size bed and arrived around 7 or 8 at night and was told there were no more king beds available. Only single queens when we got to the room and laid down it was very clear it was not a queen but a full size bed. The bed was too soft we were trying to sleep but if we rolled over the other would wake up with how worn out it was. Had to ask for a crib for our 2 yr old daughter and was great as a metal Frame crib could be. Shower pressure was terrible if you have thick hair suggest bringing your own head. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand cream was all Dove brand and smelt really good.

Majority of the rooms are great! (Some have bad smells) Overall service is great! It is located in a smaller town so there are usually other rooms to be switched too without any issue.

I liked all of the staff they were wonderful. I just had a few things wrong with the room. My fridge was not working, phone in room did not work, and the pots and pans were put away dirty. Not enough dinnerware for 2. But got my refrigerator replaced but the ice maker still didn’t work so I had to walk to a gas station for Ice. Loved free washers and dryers for guests. And I can’t say enough about the great friendly staff.

We didn’t have any hot water at all. We should have been informed of this upon our arrival.

We stayed overnight and left very early in the morning.I can't give a remark on breakfast but, the night was quiet for us.

For $160/night this place is crap. No breakfast , bathroom door did not have a lock so you have to jam a towel in between to keep it close while you were in there , shower curtain has big gaping holes in it and water will be all over the floor when you shower and last was the foot towel was already stained and dirty . I have all pictures of the property to prove it also

This was the second time the room I reserved was not available. I do not understand how a hotel can take my reservation but not have the room that I reserved.

Advertised that breakfast was included but they do not have breakfast

Everything was good. My only recommendations would be to have more parking (specifically handicapped!) and to have more than one luggage cart.
