The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

La isla es muy bonita y el resort es excelente. La atención del personal muy amable, siempre dispuestos a atender al cliente. La comida es excelente, con opción a la carta. Actividades para hacer en la isla, tales como caminata, Kayak, snorkel y buceo.

If I have to give a score of 11/10, it would still not be enough to rate this piece of paradise. From the booking, accommodation, food, activities, service - there is no comparison. Carl (Food & Beverage) has excelled with the quality, variety and taste of the food/wine selection. The staff from the kitchen to the restaurant is above excellent! Judy (activities) supported by Renel, Reuel, Marco, Jimboy and Jomarie has managed the excursions with dedicated passion - not just bringing us to see the wonders of Palawan but also the history and more importantly on how to look after it for the next generation. Hats off to Eduardo for bringing together a stellar team - he is the epitome of showing that a leader is only as good as his people. I would also like to commend the owners of the resort to go beyond profit making and instead instill the value of sustainability and preservation of the islands in Palawan. Their passion has cascaded down to all their staff and is exhibited in how they perform their responsibilities- they are happy, respectful, sensitive and goes over and above what they are paid for to make every guests’ stay a memorable one. We have been made aware on how fragile the environment is,..whilst enjoying it now and making sure the next generation will have the same experience. Will I come back and recommend Pangalusian to friends and family? Yes, in a heartbeat!! Thank you for allowing me to share your wonderful island and I promise to be back very soon,..

We have travelled all over the world in many top 5 star deluxe hotels. Having just travelled from Hong Kong, staying in a newly renovated suite there, the bar had been set high. We were totally unprepared for what came next. This island was paradise. The food was delicious, fresh and plentiful in variety. The rooms were spotless. The pool area was idyllic. The scenery breathtaking. The trips, all incredible. But the crowning jewel here, was the people. Everyone, from bell-boy to resort manager, was not just polite and well trained, but gave of themselves, genuinely delighting in delighting us, engaging on a personal level (not just a 'well trained polished' level and did everything possible to make this the holiday of a lifetime.

The island is just a paradise: the food, the people, the sea, the beaches, the tours are amazing. The people working on the island resort are so kind that seems not real. We have never experienced so much (true) kindness in our entire life. Thank you for the best honeymoon ever.

The resort size, quality and design was perfect. You never felt like it was packed. The food is incredibly curated and the staff was excellent. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Plus! You’re in the most beautiful part of the Philippines.

Incredible. This is heaven! I don’t even have words for this review because i don’t know where to begin. It truly is one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The service is perfection. Our beach villa is beautiful. Everything about el nido pangulasian is truly luxurious.
