Beautiful B&B in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to the historic downtown. We loved everything about the property; friendly staff, lovely suite and delicious breakfast! We have already booked our next visit! Looking forward to our next stay!

Jennifer was the most amazing you could possibly come in contact with! She was quick to offer recommendations for dinner and ideas after dinner and breakfast suggestions as well. She let us know we could reach out at any time for anything we may need which made us feel so at home. This is our second time staying here and it was somehow better this time! The bed is comfy and the bathroom is to die for. It had a massive walk in shower and amazing counter space. We stayed in the Granville Suit (#9) and we were the only ones in the house for the night! We lit a fire and hopped in the jacuzzi to watch a movie on the conveniently placed TV. Amazing night, amazing suite, amazing staff. I absolutely love the IBI. The Pack House is my favorite place to stay. Large spacious rooms with all the amenities. Killed the complimentary charcuterie plate while working “my desk” in the room. Breakfast with Amy and Terrick is special. Great food to start the day. Also the other guests always engage in an intimate atmosphere. I will be back soon.

The rooms at the Inner Banks Inn are large, comfortable and quaint. The staff are friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurant is excellent with friendly service. There are great amenities, beautiful common areas and room to lounge outside of the rooms.

A gracious house with wraparoud porch. So comfortable to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and pleasing view of handsome houses and lawns. Our room was comfortable, period pieces decorated. Well supplied with towels and bath needs. Breakfast very good. Liked that there is a choice of food items. Nice shops in Edenton and only two blocks away

The staff were amazing. Always helpful with any questions or requests . The downtown area is adorable. The people are friendly and the restaurants are friendly and good. The breakfast was great and the servers were outstanding. This is definitely a place to go more than once.

Traveled to Edenton for the first time to experience this quaint, historic town. Chose to stay at Inner Banks Inn because of the reviews and the proximity to the historic area. The room we chose was the Charles Eden suite in the main house and it was a comfortable, well appointed room. The breakfast the next morning was very good, service excellent. The location of the Inn was very convenient, we walked to the historic area very quickly. The issue I have is with the hostess who greeted us upon check in. She was a very lovely, helpful woman who got us situated the evening we arrived. She asked if we would be touring the town the next day and since we had planned on it, she offered to set us up for a trolley and/or walking tour if we'd like. She said the folks who ran it knew her and she did it all the time for her guests and that she would call over in the morning to let them know we were coming for the tours. For the 2 of us she charged $60. We agreed, not knowing what any prices were for either tour. The next day, during our tours, which were both worth it, we found out that had we purchased the tickets where the tours depart which would have been easy enough, it would have cost a total of $36! Shame on the Inn for up-charging SO much and taking advantage of us like that! Shame on us for not having done our homework on pricing ahead of time. Lesson learned but it did leave a bad taste in our mouths.

Quaint! When you think of a Bed and Breakfast...this is it! Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and quiet. Very clean! A walk to restaurants and a beautiful ocean view! Would highly recommend! Breakfast was a bit bland but there is a great coffee shop in the town of Edenton.
