Party in the hallway kept me up half the night. I asked the guests to return to their rooms and called the front desk to complain. I was able to get to sleep after midnight

I had 4 children with me from ages 14 to 7. They loved the water slides and lazy river. We also played dodge ball on the trampoline. We had complimentary coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby. Everyone had a massage in the chairs in the jumping room. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were out of shampoo and soap in the shower and someone came to our room withing 15 minutes to replace them. This was our 3 year here and we will definitely be back in the summer. We were also given a present at check in, a thank you for staying there. It was a Christmas ornament that had Metropolis 2023 on it. It's still on the tree. Thanks!!

Staff was young and seemed stressed. Beds are super hard and the framing for the bed sounded like a gong, made it hard to sleep if someone got up in the middle of the night and bumped it. A kid pooped in the pool. The pizza was good!

We enjoyed our stay, although things seemed a bit unorganized there (with check in and other things). The arcade was extremely expensive per game, and don’t bother getting a mixed drink at either bar (very poorly made). All-in-all it was a good little stay-cation, with lots to do for the whole family (2 adults with a 5, 11, and 13 year old).

Rooms are dated and could use a little TLC. Pretty clean overall. It is a family hotel so a lot of tweens running the halls very late into the night(1 am) being loud slamming doors and screaming. But kind of to be expected with time of year and type of property. But a lot of activities and things to do and keep everyone busy! Staff was friendly and accomodating

A lot cleaner and less stressful than Wisconsin Dells. Big kids had a ton of fun and I didn’t feel like I was always losing kids. Perfect size.

This hotel was perfect for our group. The waterpark was good for smaller kids, 10 and under. The arcarde and trampoline park were also a big hit. Staff was friendly and responsive to any needs. My only complaint was the beds were not the most comfortable. Kind of a weird foam that you sank in and got stuck in. We will definitely be back.

We thought the room would be a lot bigger for the price we paid! Room are cheaply made! I don’t think these rooms are worth $500 ! It was nice everything was in one building and we didn’t have to leave for anything once we got there!

We had an amazing time at Metropolis! The little kids liloved the waterpark because it was so kid friendly. They had a great area for little kids. The lazy river was good, it could have been a bit warmer but wasnt bad. The waterslides were super fun. And of course the hot tub was great. The staff was very friendly. We loved cookies and story time with Mrs. Claus.
