Was not cleaned.. Dishes were not washed Poo marks on walls Terrible service Still waiting for my refund.. Had 2837 on top **** your NaN and pop.. My 12 year old daughter did find this and too make things worse we were in dubbo for my nans funeral so that was just so Terrible to find.. They are so rude about the hole situation not even sure how to follow up my refund ?

Check in was delayed by over 30 mins. When asked if we could check out 30 mins later, we were refused. When asked why that wasn’t acceptable, we were told “things happen” Property had minimal utensils for using the kitchen. Not as clean as desired. Handy man was extremely unpleasant and rude.

I would highly recommend staying here as it's got everything you need, it's super convenient with the kids, and just an overall nice experience. Customer service is exceptional as well as the cleanliness of the cabins/park itself. Would definitely come back & stay again.

We have the best stay fir our children and wife , one thing they need to fix is the little water slide is to close to the concrete wall and a couple of children hit their heads against it , including mine . Needs a rubber protection put against the concrete wall. Apart from that would recommend to anyone , had a great time . I did tell the head in the office about the concrete wall . She said she was going to bring it up with management, I hope she does . But a great time had by all . My daughter has a bruising and a cut on her eye with the concrete but she will be ok, I’m hoping management take this on board and fix . As it is an easy fix if they follow through. Great place

Parking was a bit tight around our cabin. Kids loved water park Close to zoo and town

Had the cabin re cleaned due to dirty floors. Mould on windows walls dirty marks lino torn in loungeroom large hole

The location was ideal (near the zoo). It had a room free (during a busy period). The internet worked. The room had some space and good equipment.

Clean cabins: Kid friendly: lots of things for the kids to do.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially as I had booked incorrectly for my four children. They helped me adjust the booking with no hassles, and were so lovely and kind, offering board games and DVDs to borrow too. The cabin was perfect, tidy, quiet and convenient. Very happy.
