The view from the breakfastroom was stunning! An amazing sight of the Dinard bay area. The hotel is old and has lots of style and history. The location and hotel itself were magnificent. The room was ok, but somewhat outdated. No airco, no fridge, no locker. Minimal number of powersockets and lights. Breakfast a bit disappointing... No warm dishes and very limited choice of savoury (2). Lots of pastries. All in all a great vintage experience! What a view from the hotel windows.

Old, shabby but charming and quirky. Great views of the sea and across to St. Malo. Restaurant a little expensive but large portions. Would recommend the Schlumberger Riesling 2020 as wine. Does have stuff at over 1,000 euros/bottle. Breakfast OK with good viennoiserie.

Really lovely old property, really lovely .. doors were old in keeping with historic building. Really noisy when other guests closed their door No lift but no problem if no mobility issues. Bed very comfortable. Staff helpful

The hotel is a bit of an enigma. It has three sections and it is not clear about which building the reception is. It is not the first building that the satellite brings you too. Parking is in another area and the parking spaces are very close together. Avoid parking spot 10 at all costs. The room was good and the staff nice. Not sure I would stay here again.

5 stars for the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed in, with no room amenities, single bed and tiny shower? No parking? Its called character and location. This hotel is unique. See the photis, they speak for themselves, but its better than that. Restaurant was closed too. Still 5 dtars.

Setting is extraordinary with the high tide and low tide variation. The rooms are perfectly designed and renovated to keep the integrity of the castle. Service was great. The place is pricey but well worthed.

Full of family and Brittany character. Good, helpful, staff, good restaurant, enviable location and view. Probably not the place for a young family. Easy short ferry ride across the bay to St. Malo Avoid Mt.St. Michel; it's lost its charm

Hotel badly in need of modernisation, the decor was not good , poor quality furniture and fittings, the hotel has quite a few parts added on over the years, sadly very few markers telling guest the location of rooms, and many stairs to negotiate its luggage. Breakfast was a shambles, had to ask for milk, the coffee had run out , not enough cutlery , although that was put right, all in all very badly managed. The location was very good though.

Lovely Breton elegance taking you back in time. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking St Malo harbour. Extremely quiet we were able to leave the windows wide open and listen to the waves. We’ll certainly go there again.
