Hotel was very nice only complaint was pillows were not the best and showerhead was great if you were 7 foot tall

Our room was good, clean and comfortable and the price was very hood compared to the surrounding hotels. The continental breakfast was horrible. It was supposed to run from 7-10:30 and by 9 am they had no milk or juice left, the warmers had never been turned on for the hot food (so it was all cold), and someone dumped too much water in the waffle batter so it wouldn't work. At least there were bagels and english muffins left. 1 star for the breakfast, but the room was very good!

This was a great little place to stay. My only complaint is that the toilet did not work well.

The manager named Bree was a excellent host. She went above and beyond the call of duty.

Room looked really nice & updated. Beds were comfortable. Toilet flusher broke and no maintenance people available to fix it so I took the cover off the tank and stuck my hand in the water to flush it! Breakfast options were low quality. Pool & hot tub were good temperature amd the pool room was nice. Lobby was nice. I could hear the train nearby all night & highway traffic.

Enjoyed our stay. Safe location and convenience store right across street.

Comfortable sleep in a hotel that is clearly understaffed. The young woman at the front desk did a remarkable job handling all the tasks that came her way. She deserves recognition for a job very well done!

Good room to stay if you like city noise, to due to hwy traffic and train that goes thru town. Woke up to that a few times. There are some pictures on web site that do not pertain to how the hotel is run now. No fire pit on very small outside patio. This is not on the lake location but near the lake. They had lake pictures on hotel.com. It was shown like room had outside patio but doesn't. Buyer beware I wasn't a fan of this! Room was clean; bathroom could have used a little more attention. Had to wipe down counter and wall because there was long black hair flung all over. Cleaning personnel should have caught that. Also, continental breakfast was good but the help that was cooking was not very attentive to what people wanted to eat during the weekend. They didn't keep an eye very close on food levels and you had to ring the front desk to get help if you wanted something. There were extra people to work but they like to disappear when service was needed. This is a good hotel and with all accommodations gets a better then average rating. 6/10.

We only stayed one night. We were there basically to sleep, and it was exactly what we needed. Check in was at 3 and it felt like everyone was there at the same time. The person at the front desk was friendly and got us in quickly. The breakfast was a great selection and had a lot of options. The pool area seemed outdated. The pool was freezing and too cold for my kids to swim in. Besides that, exactly what we needed.
