We were traveling to Florida from Wisconsin and needed to get a good nights sleep and it worked out perfectly. The hotel looks like it is being renovated a little at a time and what was done looks great! Breakfast was very good. Love all the warm items. Will stay again.

It was welcoming, and cozy. It’s an old property, older furniture, but well maintained and functional. The room was spacious, beds are comfortable. Pool is great. Breakfast was good.

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and haven’t had an issue but was very disappointed this visit. When I entered my room and opened the bathroom door, it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I asked to be moved, they could not accommodate me and handed me a can of an odor eater. My concern was that the cleaning crew had to be aware of the problem and should have been resolved before anyone was given that room. The response was…it happens. Not acceptable.

Things were good except there was water in the bottom of the refrigerator so we did not use it. Not sure where it came from but not a big deal for us.

Absolutely gorgeous lobby. Room was very clean and the room we had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch that was excellent for our family.

Staff was nice, the room and property was almost spotless. Breakfast was very good with many options to choose from.

I like the two bedroom suite with living room and kitchen (it has three beds altogether and each one of us space. Breakfast was good too.

Property was awesome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The property was beautiful. The lobby area had a fireplace and seating area. The woman at the front desk was amazing (due to bad weather, I called prior to checking in and she assured me there would not be a problem with when we arrived). We had a larger room with a living area (2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper). The room in general was very spacious (nothing felt cramped) and it had nice furniture/pictures/decor. Everything was fantastic until we closed the door to our room and I noticed a large, dead cockroach behind the door. I then went into the bathroom and there was a smaller roach crawling up the side of the bathtub. The ceiling in the bathroom was drop tile, and right above the toilet, was a dead cockroach that had gotten trapped under one of the tiles. The bathroom sink either drained extremely slow or was clogged. There were also food crumbs on the living room floor.
