I have stayed in many hotels around the world and over the past 2-3 years the levels of service have deteriorated to virtually non existence, but they still are happy to over charge for the so called exclusivity and service levels. Windsor Tower staff were all extremely attentive, polite and professional at all times. I couldn’t fault them they are a credit to the hotel and training they have been given. Also young staff but brilliant.

Bar and restaurant excellent. My room had some problems, internet, air condit/heat, missing cleaning and had to request at 14,30 when i returned, also the room has window that if you opened it you get a bit machine perhaps the heat or cool ear just in your nose, so the window is useless, and has little lite. Other than that very pleasant

a fabulous hotel in a great location. The staff were also very helpful. Our spacious and comfortable room had a great view over the Franciscan square. The restaurant is also a destination in its own right- well worth a visit. We loved our room, the rooftop pool and the breakfasts. We hope to come back one day and will recommend to friends

This place is top class.I spent two nights at this classy place in April of this year-2023.It was just perfect.The staff were multi-lingual and check-in was handled very speedily.The room was very attractive and inviting and sleep quality was perfect.....The restaurant here is the big draw and I want to pay tribute to Flor,Camila,Nico and Isabelly....The staff at reception were equally friendly,professional and helpful...On the morning I was leaving I was able to have breakfast at 4.00 am....This place is one of the lovely places to stay at in Cordoba....I am happy to give it 10 out of 10.

The Windsor get an awful lot of things right: excellent attentive staff; busy friendly foyer & bar; well decorated communal areas; effective air con & WiFi and a varied & well stocked breakfast with exceptionally nice homemade bread. It has a great central location with everything from museums, historic buildings & first class restaurants within easy walking distance. The only duff notes are the room decor. It is on the austere side of minimalist. There are no drawers, shelves or surfaces to place your clothes and personal items. It also makes the bedrooms seem a bit “functional”. The bed was comfortable though & the bathroom was fine although there was definitely a whiff of the drains. It was a pleasant stay, just that the room was a little charmless.

This is a review of the Bar Restaurant at this hotel and not of the hotel itself....This is a great place for lunch and I recommend the set lunch menu...I dined here on several occasions during the 6 days I spent in Cordoba...Fish was served on the first day...Portions were extremely large and the food was very nicely presented...Pasta was served on another occasion...The food was always nicely presented and freshly prepared..Staff were super friendly and I want to mention,in particular,Issabelly,Camila and Nico...This place is worth returning to again and again...I am happy to give it 10 out of 10.

Deseptive website, broken toilet, flickering lights, thoughtless management. I booked 5 nights at the Windsor through the hotel's website. When we arrived at the hotel ( after 29 hours of traveling) our reservation details were incorrect. Lucky I had an email confirmation to verify that we had 3 people and where staying 5 nights. They set up a third bed in the room but it seemed like they were doing us a favor instead of correcting their mistake. The next day, our toilet handle broke ( two days to fix) and we had a randomly flickering light in the ceiling near the door the entire time. We booked a "Superior" room from their website and it definitely was not! The wording and photos on the hotel's website describing our room were deceptive. When I asked the front desk (and eventually the manager) if they could comp a night and/or our first dinner, it was a clear and definte "no". I asked for late checkout on our departure date and they wouldn't even comp that! My wife,and daughter both booked a massage at the hotel spa and it was the worst massage of their lifes. On the positive side, the restaurant was fantastic. The gym was nice. The bell staff and maids were friendly and the rooms were clean.
