Nice hotel in the centre of Copiapó. The room was small, no fridge, no complimentary water, the bed was quite squeeky but the rain show was good. Parking with pass was convenient. The restaurant is expensive. Don't expect a smile from the staff, they are too busy hanging out anyway.

Great hotel rooms are smaller but very clean with comfortable beds and a big washroom. Great free breakfast and perfect parking on site. Very comfortable stay! Would recommend this hotel when traveling through Copiapo. Also close to many restaurants but on-site restaurant is very good as well.

Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating; very helpful and polite. Breakfast items limited but acceptable, although most mornings breakfast items were not prepared or were not complete.

No dislikes......area appears a little shakey

The room was satisfactory in comfort and cleanliness, fine for a one-night stay. Breakfast had a nice variety. 15-20 minute walk from the bus station and close to the central area. High floor had a great view. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (which is not allowed in the hotel) from previous occupants. We told the three staff on receptionists who did not offer an apology or solution. We complained again about this on check out, again with no real customer service skills evident. Complaints have been made via ******* and to the ibis hotel group directly; neither has even bothered to respond.

Siempre tuve problemas en ese hotel IBIS DE COPIAPÓ EL PERSONAL ES TERRIBLEMENTE APATICO CON PERMANENTE MALA CARA NO SOLICIONAN NADA AL CONTRARIO AGRAGAN PROBLEMAS malisimo nada recomendable No vuelvo mas

El desayuno horrible, un pelo en el jamón aparte estaba jabonoso, las personas que llevan las bandejas no usan gorro por lo que los pelos se les caen en los alimentos no me gusto nada, poca variedad

Dormí con frío (noche del 27.10 al 28.10), llamé al servicio y no me dieron solución, por lo que a la mañana siguiente me retiré del hotel. El viernes 27.10 a las 22:30 hrs no estaba funcionando la cocina, y no fui a ningún lugar del entorno, porque no lo encontré seguro. Debería haber opción de comida prepreparada
