The hotel was not clean at all. Pictures in website is completely different to reality

Overall, a great place to stay in Conakry. The hotel was very central and easily accessible to cabs and motos. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice to talk with. Lastly, the rooms were cheap and good for a quick stay However, the property is not extremely clean. I did find bugs in my room and there was mold on the walls. Otherwise, I would stay here again for the price I paid.

Was made to lie on a bed with dirty and stained bed sheets. Didn’t realise until body started scratching. Had to change room when I complained to front desk. Was a terrible experience

My stay was good. Rooms are clean. The internet connection is strong as well. Had to connect multiple devices. In terms of breakfast, i had to pay and the reception staff told me that bookings done through ******* do not include breakfast. I pajd approximately 10 USD for breakfast. The staff were very nice. Nice stay. When using the bathroom, water spilled on the floor. Overall, my stay was cool.

I chose this place because of the proximity to my work and price. Overall my impression was ok despite that there are some minor issues. In this country they were not major issues such as low temperature of the shower water on a few days during my 1 week stay. The internet access was first enough to stream videos. I did not eat breakfast but there is a restaurant/cafe next to the hotel. I ate there all week. The reception was nice and responsive. A dry cleaning service is available. I will come back.

I did like their different services and availability. However, I didn't like how their climatization was not able to cool down the room, and the water was constantly hot.

Decent hotel located right in the heart of Kaloum. They do have a cockroach problem in the rooms, and some sewage smell in the bathroom. They need to get that under control, and the room would be a lot better. I did enjoy the coffee and tea facilities in the room, and the AC was powerful. There was some confusion about the free airport shuttle - ********** clearly lists it as an included perk for the roundtrip, but they didn’t want to honour it for a one night stay (luckily, I was planning to stay two days anyways). But, I was later told it only covers the trip from the airport, not the return. Again, that’s not what was agreed to in the booking. Make sure you take screenshots and if they hassle you, just call Expedia/********** and they will call them to ensure you receive the correct inclusions. Service was good at times, poor at others - they seem to have a new person at the desk every time I passed by, so there is some confusion when one person has promised something, then the next person knows nothing of it. If it were not for the free shuttle to and from the airport, it would be a bit overpriced. If they could get the cockroaches under control (I killed at least ten), it would be a good hotel.
