環境非常好，距離歐洲之山國家公園開車1個半小時，早飯單點，賊棒，強烈建議選帶早飯的，非常值。房間新裝修過，衞生間有點老舊了。停車場可以充電，非常方便。

Amazing hotel in great surroundings. Nothing too much effort, will be recommending to friends and family and hope to come back.

Our only regret was that we did not book this place for more time. It was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer! Don’t miss a massage with Mar, or dinner in their restaurant!

A great hotel - peaceful and calming, with some nice quirky design touches. We didn't like the first room we were offered and the staff accommodated our request to change without any problems. Grounds are well-maintained, and the massages first class. Restaurant is very good, as were both staff here and in the bar. Overall a great experience.

loved the vegetable garden, breakfast room with the view, swimming pool area with steam and architecture in general. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Gym was unattended so if you went early and needed help, no one was around. Also, only heavy weights available. my big complaint was service at breakfast. not friendly nor attentive. Pastries were good but other items were just fair.

This is a lovely hotel Everything is top quality , the furnishings, comfort, the food and above all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Advice on the area was always good, something which made our visit all the more enjoyable.

We have been coming to Spain for over 27 years and during this time we have stayed in some good hotels and some where we have questioned the 5 star rating. Our tour of Northern Spain concluded with 2 nights in Palacio de Luces which is possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in across Spain. There has clearly been huge inves**ent across all areas. Our room was immaculate and the quality of furnishings surpassed many of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The views from the public areas are stunning,made more impressive by the floor to ceiling glass screens. We would normally dine out but having sampled the restaurant on our first night we rebooked for a second night. The food was superb and the staff all took real pride in delivering great service. Last but not least the spa area looks like it was built yesterday. It is immaculate, peaceful and a wonderful addition for guests tired after a day exploring the local towns which are very hilly! ( comfortable shoes are a must). Thank you to all the wonderful staff. Your hotel is an absolute gem which we are delighted we stumbled upon.

We were seven couples, touring Northern Spain and Portugal for a week in our sports cars. We stayed one night at the Palazio, before going on to Santander and then home. I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms well appointed, the staff friendly and attentive. The place is stylish and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool area and gardens are beautifully maintained. Our dinner was a leisurely affair, the food was good, from a restricted menu because of the size of our party. Breakfast was excellent. It is truly a 5 star hotel, and I should like to return.

This is our second time at the hotel. We enjoyed it so much in November that we decided to return for spring break. The staff are super attentive and they had some great attention to details that made our stay wonderful. The first time we stayed the kids had a special welcome with small water bottles and a kids appropriate snack. This time it was my husband’s birthday so he got some chocolates. The kids especially loved breakfast the first time with all the homemade pasteries. Unfortunately this time breakfast was a bit of a disappoin**ent. No longer homemade pastries but junk you can get at the supermarket. Also on our last day when the hotel was full- they clearly weren’t accustomed to breakfast for so many people so you could feel the chaos. The spa area was nice at the end of a day of hiking and sight seeing. We would probably come back but hotel management should be careful about the quality of breakfast if they want to charge 68euros for a family of four.
