グランド ホテル モーテル(Grand Hotel Motel)

You get what you pay for, The staff were friendly and welcoming but please realise the motel is VERY tired. Bed was comfortable and room large and air co worked but everything is tried and a bit work, especially in the bathroom. Its fine for a relatively cheap night and as long as you expect it - but its not luxurious and it doesnt do breakfast.

We only stayed here for the night. The room needs to be updated. The Bathroom aswell. The room had a double and one single. Has microwave and mini fridge. Shower has black marks on the ceiling. The room itself smelt like it hadn’t been opened for a while as hand spiderwebs on the ceiling. Parking wasn’t very good ether. The hotel needs updating. Very old and outdated.

Everyone you come across were friendly, and being a small quiet township, they cater for any visitors with what they have to offer.

Only one night stopover, staff very friendly and helpful great restaurant both of our meals superb will be back

Bedding was clean and comfortable. Floor cleanliness was disgusting. Room was shabby. Missing 1 wardrobe door. Only one side table. Drop a damp towel ＞ pick it up and it had filthy stain from contact with the floor. Never again

We stayed in Room 11 from July 9th through to July 18th. The Grand is not a 5-star hotel/motel but our room was spacious, super clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay in Clermont. The wardrobe had ample hanging space and a large chest of drawers for all our clothes (an ironing board and an iron was also in the wardrobe). There was sufficient room at the top of the wardrobe for our luggage. On the benchtop was a microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as plates, saucers, and cups for two. Coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar sachets in a bowl. The shower had the cleanest glass I've ever seen, and the hot water was hot and plentiful. There was also a small table and two chairs and a TV on a swivel that we could watch as we ate dinner. The bed linen was white and fresh, as were the towels, hand towels, and washers in the bathroom. The staff was obliging and friendly. The Chinese Restaurant in the complex was a bonus - great food and lots of it!

Bed comfortable and hot shower. Close to hotel and very generous and tasty Chinese meal. That’s all I can say.

Great place to overnight , we have used a few times and always been good value for money
