フィエスタ イン チワワ(Fiesta Inn Chihuahua)

Excellent clean hotel, located in a nice area. Next to an Avenue with access to different points in the city The staff is very friendly and prompt to help with any issue/question you may have. The rooms are very clean Wink wink. Book thru Trip.com and will save up to 500 mx pesos Area of improvement It would be nice if they provide enough coffee kits for the persons at the room. There were 2 of us in the room and there was coffee only for one person. We ask for one more kit , and were told it would be an extra charge !

The room was in a very bad shape, faucets won't fully shut down, so there was water running almost all the time (and the associate noise), bath tub wouldn't drain fast enough (drain open and using shower not tub) so it was flooding badly, my wife tried to use hair dryer and it caught on fire, there was smoke and the classic circuit burnt smell (disgusting), USB wall chargers were broken, and lastly room was really noisy. All of this was on room 403, really unpleasant. I have used other fiesta inn facilities and it was always nice, really disappointed this time

Super dated property. Older compared with other budget alternatives. Doesn’t feel or look like a Fiesta Inn. Rooms are old, need maintenance, exhaust fans, paint, etc.

Great hotel. Conveniently located. Our choice every time we visit Chihuahua. Kind and helpful staff.

HA IDO ENVEJECIENDO POCO A POCO, LE FALTA MUCHO MANTENIMIENTO, LAS CAMAS Y ALMOHADAS MUY COMODAS PERO LAS INSTALACIONES SE VEN MUY ANTIGUAS

8 minutes from the downtown area where mesuems and many historical buildings are situated.
