Shower did not work Ride and inconsiderate of their guests

Pretty bad. I drove past it the first time because I thought it was abandoned.

After checking in, went to our 3rd floor room to find the bed completely *****ped and room not finished being cleaned. Went back to the front desk and got a new room (luckily they had another one) on the 2nd floor. All night the people above us were stomping, walking around, dropping things, and making lots of noise, keeping us up almost all night. Breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best. The front doors are not inviting, look run down, and difficult to open. This place needs a significant fave lift.

I stay here when I come to the Chicago area. This time I was disappointed because I had no hot water in the shower and the hair dryer did not work in the outlet. Lady at the desk was not helpful. But all in all the bed is comfy room is clean and it is convenient to nearby places.

Run down, and dirty from lobby to the room. Stains on the carpet, the sheets were gray, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Handicap parking outside a door that didn't work.

Like that it had a pool and served great breakfast. I loved that it offered plant based milk! The graffiti outside all over the property next door was unsettling.

We did a late check in but the facility is easy to find so there’s no problem there. It’s just when we were given a room on the 3rd floor, the room was not ready. There was trash all over the room and the linens were not replaced yet. But the receptionist was apologetic enough for the oversight and we’re given a replacement room right away. They have a convenient parking at the back of the hotel but the back door lock is not working so you have to struggle a bit in entering especially if you have a big bags with you. There might be a better alternative in the area but it’s good enough to stay for a couple of days.

1st there was no toilet paper in the room. Woke up in the middle of the night and was told to come downstairs to get some. The staff was extremely rude saying I should have checked. Then no breakfast!!! Myself and many others were left with no breakfast because we were there at 10. The front desk told us we should have come at 6:30!!! What?? I booked due to free breakfast. Extremely rude and lazy staff .... I can't stress that enough.

Rooms are really clean. Hallways smell good. Parking is ok and gets the job done. Its an older property. Fron desk was nice and helpful check in. It is really convenient location. Close to Woodfield mall.
