Hotel was amazing, however felt a little uncomfortable with the service in the restaurant because the waitresses and waiters would all gather as I trying to ask some questions, it's not rocket science, it's just a question but certain English speaking people like the chef and Shirley made it much better. The Manager refused me to take videos of the pool, executive lounge, spa or gym because "he doesn't have the key" , really silly excuse. I'm a blogger, I understood, these facilities are at the moment not in use because of COVID however a 2 minute video wouldn't of hurt anyone and I'm free marketing for the hotel. Room was fine, few stains on the floor and wall I thought could of been sorted. But room was fine. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had in China!!!!!!
