這個酒店工作人員服務態度非常惡劣，完全就是墨西哥黑店，訂房名字拼音輸入錯誤都要讓重新在付款，而且全包吃的都是最垃圾的食品

I reserved this hotel for only one night (thank God) $180us Supposedly our room included a mini bar in the room which I was looking forward to start the beginning of my bday with we get to the room and to my surprise not even a fridge in that room, we got an “All inclusive package” we get to the dinner room (it was outdoors) the food service was terrible, dinner was suppose to end at 10pm and by 8:30 they were out of everything they only had “carnita tacos” with terrible tortillas and service, we still wanted to look around the hotel and find something we liked, unfortunately the only thing we liked was the view they had next the beach at night.. Thinking there was a mistake or confusion with my reservation I decided to call the main lobby at midnight (when supposedly I was gonna use the mini bar included in my room) asked them about the mini bar and the guy who answered was rude basically telling me the room I got wasn’t all that, I kept telling him I had proof of what I was asking for and that I was ok with them not providing for what I had paid for but I wanted to send them proof of why I was complaining and asked for a number so I can send pictures, he gave me a “number” to send proof and hung up, to my surprise when I try sending my proofs that number was invalid.. DO NOt RESERVE WITH THEM! iTs a ripoff.. all lies and the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures.. I’m attaching a proof that said the room included a mini bar..

My worst experience in Cancun. I love Cancun and come to it a lot, and I am used to completing all reservations after careful research before traveling, but only this time and because of a circumstance related to my friend, I traveled without completing the reservations and during the urgent search I found that this all-inclusive resort He announced a price reduction, and with a quick search on YouTube and reviews on Google, I decided to book a room in it, and this is what I consider to be one of the biggest scams that I have fallen into in my life. I don't know why some reviews indicate that it is a good resort and the service is good and everything is good. What is their goal and who they are I do not know, but I advise not to believe them and everything I write is a personal opinion. I've been to a lot of resorts and hotels in Cancun, Cozumel, and Tulum (that's about Mexico). This is the worst place without competition. I'm trying to find some positives to write but for me I haven't seen anything better here than other hotels. As for the negatives, they are very many, and in short, I will mention some of them. Good customer service at the beginning, but it turns into worse customer service if you demand a solution to the problems you face, and kind words turn into mockery as soon as you ask for what you paid for. For example, the reservation says that the wifi is free, and in fact it is free only near the information desk, as the information man told me when I showed him the reservation email, which it mentioned that the wifi is free. He told me exactly, we didn't write free wifi in the rooms. We only wrote free wifi. The other problem is mosquitoes. We started the war against mosquitoes in the room from the time of reception 3 pm to 6 pm, and we were unable to win, and we were exposed to mosquito bites at night. The other problem is that some sources of electricity weren't good, there wasn't power in the most important one, which is near the bed, and therefore you have to charge the mobile phone far away, and you cannot turn on the light near you. The other problem is the AC in the bedroom was making an annoying sound. The other problem is that we paid for an all-inclusive reservation, and this means that we can get all kinds of food for three meals, according to what is written in the reservation. In fact, it did not happen. The receptionist told me that we were not able to get one of the meals, and this is contrary to what was written in the reservation email, which i received from trip.com after the booking sent to us. The other problem is that the water park was closed, and when we asked about the reason, everyone said, "I don't know. also about the food, not all items are free, as some types have prices written on them and you must pay to get them. The available options are very limited. and most of the chairs near the sea are broken, and the large places have the word reserved written on them, and no one used them throughout our time near the sea. That's not all, but I wrote a lot and that's enough. There are more bad things, but many details must be mentioned to explain them. Don't be fooled by the price, it's a trap.

The accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday. Earl

Best part is the closeness of the room to the beach. Food was good. The problem is that they served the same food every day. Do not book excursions through the hotel. We booked the zoo on our own because they said there wasn’t one. We also booked a snorkel excursion through the hotel and the. Said no issues with our 2 year old daughter. We got there and said no one under 8 can get in the water. We couldn’t trade spots in the water because they drop people off and let the current push them.

The food at this resort is subpar. There are 2 restaurants between both buildings, however one is a buffet. The location isn’t the best and the rooms were not inviting. Bar staff and front desk staff were great - but everyone else somehow didn’t look happy to be there. Unfortunately I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay on the resort to enjoy yourself. We were off of the resort for a large amount of our stay because of the lack of amenities provided by this one.

We are a family of 4 from Toronto (Markham) Ontario and we very much enjoyed our stay at All Ritmo Resort. The waterpark was a great benefit and kept our 2 children busy for our 1 week vacation. The swimming pool near the beach was clean and great. The towel retrieval system was easy and efficient. Understand that this is a 3-star resort (and there were few items that could be improved) and we have a relaxing stay and would recommend this hotel to others. from Mike & Liz

Bathroom smells like mildew. I had a jacuzzi ocean room and my jacuzzi was filthy I never got in. Food selection not so good except for the tacos. Restaurant you have to make reservations and the portions are really small.. I do like how the offer canoe for free. Also the spa was the only thing I enjoyed. The beach was filled with sea**** and the hotel is out the way nothing close to it. It looks like the worse part of Cancun. Alcohol was cheap didn’t recognize any of those liquors except Jose Cuervo and they told me it’s only for sale not included in the all inclusive..
