Don’t want to leave this place. So many restaurants so many options. The outside pool is fab and the cocktails are delicious!

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved our stay! The views were incredible and so beautiful! We loved that it was adults only and there were areas we could be alone or if we wanted to socialize, this place made it very easy! We felt it wasn't too big of a property which was nice because it didn't take forever getting anywhere such as the restaurants and pools. It was near lots of shopping and walkable to multiple restaurants, which was nice! We mostly stayed on resort and the pools all had a different vibe based on what we wanted, and we also loved the beach access and were always able to find chairs wherever we went. The service was great between bartenders, servers, front desk, and the entertainment crew. We were also there for the Super Bowl which was a great set up as well. The RiuParty was also so much fun. I felt we got the best of relaxing and also fun! We would highly recommend and would definitely return ourselves!

Had a great stay. It was our first time here but have stayed at Riu’s before and this one did not disappoint as usual!! Pool service was excellent, very clean all over. Food was great. I recommend the carrot cake at the coffee bar. Top shelf alcohol upon request!! Beach is beautiful soft white sand!!! Loved it!! We will be back!!

Overall was good experience but I paid for a balcony room but when I got there they tried giving me a regular room without a balcony so I went to switch it to a balcony and they charged me almost $140 for the balcony room, which I initially paid for And I booked through ******* and said that I had to just pay tax on the room

Property is very nice but very dated and past due for a remodel. The staff was superb and very helpful making the trip worthwhile. The transfer from the company was terrible and I was shocked ******* would deal with such a company. Every evaluation on Yelp was a solid one and I couldn’t agree more. ******* May call me if they are concerned about a company representing them.

Beach area very small and crowded but very enjoyable swimming in the ocean. With small beach area, it's a shame that a large portion of the beach is dedicated for Volleyball and utilized for only a small period of time each day. Each evening the beach umbrellas are taken down, stored and not set up in the mornings. Very little staff around on the beach so you have to go get and set your umbrella up yourself. Umbrellas and clamping devices (inadequate number available) are very worn and in need of replacement. Dining staff, other than Thomas and Carlos at the Black & White did not show any enthusiasm or friendliness. Variety of food was very good. Location of Resort prevents all day exposure to the sun. Sun is always behind you and is partially blocked by the building itself. No view of sun rises or sunsets. No complimentary non motorized water craft for guests to use.

The beach and property are beautiful. I just wish the food and drinks were better. Very clean and friendly staff.
