GR Caribe Deluxe All Inclusive

房間裏真的沒網，WiFi要去大堂，小程序做的挺豐富但是活動都不寫在哪兒，也就也就工作人員還比較熱情可以彌補些了，吃的也很一般

房間裏沒有Wi-Fi，除此之外很滿意，酒店很美，服務也很好

This hotel is really nice. The service and food and the view were perfect.

Great value all inclusive hotel! The hotel is connected to the Royal Solaris and you have access to amenities and restaurants at both hotels. However, the GR Caribe is the more modern and more exclusive hotel. The vibe is notably nicer for couples without kids as the Royal Solaris pools are usually full of families.

Just got back, for the price it’s great. I was able to use the sister hotel next door. Which had better food. Pizza stand which was freshly cooked was good the Mexican restaurant was the best. The food wasn’t 5 stars by any means. The cleanness and great staff made up for the food. Also the beach was nice didn’t have a lot of sea****.

I've visited Cancun three times before for company outings at the Iberostar, but this was the first time for my family, and it was a very bad experience. When we arrived around 11am, we tried to check in, but the front desk told us that we had to wait until 3pm, even though it was a slow time and there were hardly any people around. It was like a ghost town. I told the front desk that I was a Gold member with ******* and should be able to check in early and receive a free room upgrade if rooms were available, but she didn't really care or acknowledge me. At 3pm checkin, she "upgraded" us to an oceanview room on the 6th floor, while my kids stayed on the 4th floor. However, the elevators were broken the entire time we were there. I felt so sorry for the older customers who couldn't walk the stairs, or anyone with a sprained ankle, etc. The GR Caribe is supposed to be the newest hotel by the Solaris, but it's so poorly maintained that it looks like the oldest hotel in the area. The food was very limited and terrible. Their "beef" didn't taste like beef, no matter how they cooked it. The rest of the food and restaurants were so mediocre that you could get better food at a $10 buffet restaurant in the US. For entertainment, they have one show per night at Royal that lasts about an hour, and after that, you can go back to your room and sleep. Overall, I was very disappointed with the GR Caribe. It's not worth the price, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Well the communication at the hotel was bad they didn't talk to each area we would make a reservation and they would lose it. The dining was very difficult to make reservations overall could be better

The property is very old and smells bad. If they want to maintain the outside looks, they need to demolish the entire interior of these buildings and mordanize them. Of they need to take these buildings down and rebuild. The great thing about the location is that they have two hotels and you can share the amenities of both hotels. The staff are awesome and helpful. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Elevator is horrible. Very slow and not clean. Room temperature is not good. Very hot. In the room sofa’s are very dirty . You have to change the sofa it’s stinky. Customer service is very good. Food are very low quality.
