Nice and quiet hotel. Spacious, clean and updated room. Friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast. Really good coffee which is available all day for free. Bonus you can sign in to your own Netflix. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful two night stay. Our only issue was the temperature of the in room fridge… it made our pop explode. Informed the front desk and they said they would check for the next visitors. Lots of parking and the hotel was super easy to find. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Staff is super friendly, rooms and overall facility is clean. BUT Breakfast: quality of food is mediocre at best. Also everything is disposable, plates, service wear, condiments. Totally irresponsible, given the state of our planet!

Clean and modern hotel with a surprisingly good breakfast. Alexa at the front desk is a gem. We frequently stay at hotels along the 403 and this will now become our regular spot.

This location in Burlington provides quick highway access to Toronto or Niagara. There is so much surrounding the property to quickly drive or walk/stroll to. Fabulous staff make it extra special.

Amazing hotel and great service. Had a great time with my family here. Kids really enjoyed the pool and room was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was also very delicious. Thanks for having us and making it memorable

It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at! It was super clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful and cheerful. The super comfy beds were a bonus! We would most definitely stay again ☺️

Nice new accommodations. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Decent coffee and hot food as well as other options. Nice fitness room and pool.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the quality and size of the rooms. Having stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed all my visits, this time I was disappointed with the reception by Maria who seemed as though she was doing us a favour checking us in. Her reception was cold and below par compared to my experiences with others from previous visits and Alexa during the day. It was same thing the 2nd night when I had to request for garbage bags. I was also disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned the next day - 24th December, understanding that they had noted there wasn’t going to be staff to do so on the 25th. I had to take out my garbage myself. Disappointing. Same thing with breakfast where it was only 1 staff on duty both mornings. It felt like being in boarding school, lining up to get breakfast. Options for breakfast too were limited. Wasn’t impressed this time at all, compared to my previous visits. Would consider other hotels in the future. Alexa however was awesome. Her demeanour, reception and willingness to assist guests was amazing. I remember needing milk at the restaurant and rather than let them know at the restaurant, she jumped right in to get it from the kitchen. She always wore a smile which I think was a big deal as well. Hers was a clear opposite to our experience with Maria. She’s clearly an asset to the establishment. Overall experience this time (4th visit to this hotel in the last year) was average.
