ロッジ オン ザ リバー(Lodge on the River)

Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the ******s. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

Bon emplacement Par contre j'avais demandé dans les demandes particulières d'avoir une chambre avec réfrigérateur, pour y mettre un traitement médical, à notre arrivée à 21h notre chambre n'en possédait pas. La personne à l'accueil a été très gentille elle nous a changé de chambre. Mais elle nous a dit n'avoir jamais reçu notre demande. Hors j'ai reçu une réponse me disant qu'ils feraient de leur mieux. De qui est la réponse ?

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean parking is easy accessible, and they answered and catered to all requests enjoyed my stay

I would give this property a 5 star on all except the quality of the room was lacking. Shawna was able to get me in for an early checkin. She was great giving me dinner suggestions. The other desk clerk was very nice also. We had a problem with the wifi and she put us in another room very quickly. I think that the property is goiging through a upgrade. I will book with them again hopefully I will be able to give them 4 stars across the board

I was issued 2 dirty roomsnin a row. beds weren't made garbage on tables and floor, full garbage cans and after being there for 10 minutes I felt unsafe asked forna refund and went to another hotel, was then told it was a no refund and I had to contact *******. Still trying to get my money refunded!

Staff have gone above and beyond to help me as I travel often to the area, it feels like home.

DO NOT STAY HERE! total mess! check in time is 3:00PM said room was ready when arrived at 6:30 PM open door to room, someone's belongings where in room garbage all over room, went to get another room, said was done, same thing open door to room, not ready, bed was not made, so was told only one person working, so would be a while before room was ready, could not check in until 10:30PM looks like all they did was change sheets, total mess, find out TV did not work, had no coffee in room, mini fridge was missing, bed squeaked at every move, hard mattress, some arrogant New Yorker had truck alarm go off several times at night, very noisy rooms, PLEASE GO ELSE WHERES, this Hotel was made for the homeless, take my advice, don't stay here go accross the road or anyplace but here, they should not even be in business!!!
