tempat selesa , ada air panas untuk mandi . ruang tamu luas ada kipas . dalam bilik tiada kipas. bilik mandi luas. iron board di sediakan di luar bilik. jarak hotel dgn kea farm dalam 10minit . hotel strategik dengan tempat makan & tempat jalan-jalan. dalam bilik ada cermin untuk bersiap . tiada hanger untuk sangkut baju @ tuala . best stay sini 👍🏻

The parking policy is terrible. Need to validate the ticket before go out and have to walk too far from the parking to validate the ticket. It's chargeable parking daily and very difficult to in and out, need to walk along the way to reception counter first before going out. Management should improve the parking policy and provide the parking card instead or change to digital parking by detect the car plate number to ease the guests for in and out from hotel. Very disappointed for the parking service, if complimentary parking the guests won't be complaint, this is involved with the money. The management should think about it how to improved. Others than parking service, overall is acceptable. We are not satisfied with the parking charges and would like the management to review and refund the charges.

Booked 2 rooms and both rooms with unpleasant smells. The rooms not as showed. Dusting molding. What else to say? Have to walk about 100m to verify parking card so we could get free night parking with only 1 time in/out in 24hrs. Supposed to stay 3days 2nights (2 rooms), ended we checked our early and stay at other hotel.

I love the room it is very spacious, amenities are complete, a good place for relaxation. Just a close distance to Kea farm. Its at untouched area of Cameron. Its an old building but very well kept. Overall I love my stay here as it is so peaceful and cool. The only hassle is parking waiver you have to walk over to another building to get the waiver then you can drive out. Staffs are helpful. I’ve been to Cameron a couple of times and I’d say this is the most relaxed stay I’ve ever had.

The receptionist located at different building from our hotel and car park. It’s hard for us to go out anywhere with car since we need to walk to the receptionist first then back to the car. Banyak kerja dan agak leceh. But the location is very strategic, near to Kea Farm and Boh Tea Farm.

Big spacious room. Strategic location. Near to many attraction.the hotel is at the same building with mall so easy to access to mr diy watsons fast food etc The only thing i dislike is the location of the hotel lobby is at the different building.if want to waive the parking fees neeed to walk to the lobby :( but since the parking fees is only max rm6/day so depends on ur desire either want to walk to the lobby to waive the parking or just close ur eyes and pay for the parking fees

Whole building, car park, lift including room very dirty, TV, water tap, sofa and balcony door all broken, no airconditional and no fan at bed area.....

Hotel okay, bawah dia mall walaupun mall sendu..service pun mantop, receptionist sangat baik..cuma bilik terlalu bau macam perabot lama, bau mouldy menyebabkan kurang selesa..sampai kena spray febreze sendiri..baru kurang bau..tapi bilik memang cantik..location pun bagus dekat dengan kea farm, berdepan dengan jalan nak masuk ladang teh boh sungai palas, memang strategik..will consider to repeat booking kalau dtg sini..
