Great hotel. Clean. Breakfast was reasonable. Workout room has great machines. Location is good. Lounge is super comfy and welcoming and the breakfast had lots of options. Would recommend

It was decent. I liked the vast space within the room and how clean it was. The hotel service was welcoming and pleasing. The food was nice, they served a variety of bfast.

The room and hotel are great! The breakfast amazing! The service was fantastic with the evening check in and breakfast workers! Where it went downhill, was when I stepped out of the elevator and quickly slipped and fell in a puddle of water...in front, of course, of many people. The desk person stood there and just looked, then called housekeeping to clean it up, stating it just happened. Didnt ask if i was ok, say sorry or offer support of any kind...oh ya...she asked me if i wanted water...I said, nope, just fell in a puddle of it! There was a wet sign out, however it was on the other side of the wall, people walking towards the elevator would have seen, but nit coming off the elevator. I hurt my elbow and twisted my leg...out of embarrassment I limped away, my husband stayed behind and he got a sorry from her...but he was not impressed by her disregaurd for my possible injuries. He spoke with the sales manager, she too, disregaured the situation, not even asking if I was ok. I wasnt looking for anything but an ounce of care. Sad when a, oh my, are you ok, did you hurt yourself would have went a long way.

Our room was spacious and clean. It was located near all sorts of amenities which provided great dining options when we arrived. Everything was within a 5-10 min drive maximum. The breakfast provided was great with a large variety of options and lots of seating available. Only area for improvement was we found both the mattresses on the queen beds to be sunken/which didn’t provide much support when sleeping. Perhaps it’s time to upgrade the mattresses. Otherwise great place.

Everything was outstanding. Great Value. (The bacon and eggs in the morning needs some serious attention. Has that out-of-a-box flavour and texture.)

We stayed one night. This hotel was very convenient to Pearson Airport, just a 12 minute drive away. Coming to it from the northwest also let us avoid the worst of the Toronto highway traffic. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable and we could set the room temperature to our preference. A complimentary breakfast was offered in the morning and it was extremely generous with many options. The guest service team was very friendly. We would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels i stayed at! Gorgeous very clean, staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the most delicious breakfast in the morning, then went back to room to relax before driving back home. Will definitely return.

My previous stay was better. This time there is a large group of men who have been quite noisy chatting and carrying on in the hallway periodically throughout the might (multiple times after 12am). Traffic is also steady throughout the night. The alarm clock wasnt plugged in and there is a general lack of receptacles around the bed. The clock is the only place to plug something in. I had to move the bed to be able to plug it in. There must have been a plumbing issue at some point also because the little door im the wall under the sink for the water shut off was left open. Didnt affect my stay, just a minor detail.
